Potoshi, 2017
Potoshi is the Papiamentu word for junk. The objects for this series were randomly and subconsciously chosen. They were all accumulated in a bowl at home, as if by the mere passage of time. The objects are stuff like screws, paper clips, 3D glasses, pens, memory sticks, hair clips: stuff that are not thrown away because they are still sort of functional, but which end up uselessly gathered together in a bowl or a drawer at home.
